Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all paid subscriptions on the TapKro platform. By purchasing a Pro subscription, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your dashboard profile settings. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation must be completed at least 48 hours before your scheduled monthly billing date.

Upon cancellation, your account will retain access to all Pro features until the end of the current paid billing period. After that, your account will revert to the Free plan.

3. Refund Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. We do not issue refunds or credits for partial months of service, unused periods, or account downgrades. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that access to digital platform features constitutes immediate fulfillment of the transaction.

4. Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails (e.g., expired card, insufficient funds), we will attempt to process the payment again. You will have 7 days from the failed attempt to update your payment method and settle the outstanding balance. Failure to do so may result in restricted access to your account.

5. Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription fees at any time. We will provide at least 7 days advance notice of any price changes. Continued use of the Platform after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, you must contact our support team at support@tapkro.pk before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving all billing issues promptly and fairly.

Initiating an unnecessary chargeback may result in account suspension and additional administrative fees to recover processing costs.
