1. Introduction

Welcome to TapKro ("the Platform"), a link-in-bio service operated by TapKro, a registered entity in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Services Description

TapKro provides users with a single-page profile to aggregate their online links, showcase their work, and accept payments in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via local payment channels. The Platform offers both free and paid subscription tiers.

3. User Accounts & Registration

You must register for an account to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Platform.

4. Fees, Subscriptions, and Security Gateway

4.1 Payment Processing Services

All digital payments executed on this application are processed securely via the third-party gateway PayFast. By inputting payment details, you acknowledge and agree that your transaction is subject to the security protocols of our gateway provider. You further agree to be bound by PayFast's security guidelines and terms of service.

4.2 Data Security and Storage

We utilize PayFast's PCI-DSS compliant secure infrastructure to handle all credit card, debit card, and wallet transactions. No sensitive financial card numbers or security CVV markers are stored within our company's application servers. Cardholder information is encrypted by PayFast and never stored directly on our servers.

TapKro does not hold responsibility for processing errors occurring entirely within the gateway's system. Any issues related to payment processing that arise from PayFast's infrastructure must be addressed directly with PayFast.

4.3 Subscription Billing

By purchasing a Pro subscription tier, you authorize automated recurring charges to your selected financial instrument. All fees are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and will renew continuously until cancelled formally through your dashboard profile.

  • Free Plan: PKR 0/month — includes basic features as described on the Platform.
  • Pro Plan: PKR 1,000/month — includes all premium features as described on the Platform.

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. We will provide at least 7 days advance notice before making any adjustments to recurring subscription fees. In the event of a failed transaction, you will have 7 days to rectify your account balance before access to your platform is restricted.

4.4 Refund and Cancellation Rights

Subscription cancellations must be performed at least 48 hours prior to your monthly billing date through your dashboard profile settings. Unless stated otherwise, all platform transaction sales are definitive, and refunds for partial usage months are not permitted.

Access to digital platform features constitutes immediate fulfillment of a user transaction. Upon cancellation, your account will retain access to Pro features until the end of the current billing period.

5. Accepted Payment Methods

The Platform accepts the following payment instruments for subscriptions and transactions:

  • Local debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks
  • Raast Real-Time Payments (RTP)
  • Mobile wallets (JazzCash, Easypaisa, and other approved providers)
  • Direct bank account transfers

6. 3D-Secure Authentication

Completing a transaction may require you to verify your identity through a dynamic OTP (One-Time Password) prompt sent by your bank. You are responsible for completing this authentication step. Failure to do so may result in a declined transaction.

7. Merchant Domicile

TapKro is operated by a registered entity in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. All transactions and services are governed by Pakistani law.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose. Any account associated with money laundering, fraudulent activity, illicit transactions, or any activity that violates Pakistani banking regulations will be terminated immediately, and relevant authorities may be notified.

9. Chargeback & Dispute Resolution

If you have a billing discrepancy, you must contact our support team directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving all disputes amicably. Initiating an unnecessary chargeback may result in account suspension and additional administrative fees.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TapKro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. We expressly disclaim liability for payment processing errors that occur within third-party gateway systems.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
