Welcome to TapKro ("the Platform"), a link-in-bio service operated by TapKro, a Sole Proprietorship registered in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan (NTN No.: 6711573-3), with its principal office at House No. 4, Opposite Asif Hanif Clinic, Near Ek Minar Wali Masjid, Bastami Road, Samanabad, Lahore 54600, Pakistan. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
TapKro provides users with a single-page profile to aggregate their online links, showcase their work, and accept payments in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via local payment channels. The Platform offers both free and paid subscription tiers.
You must register for an account to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Platform.
The Numbers payment gateway ("Numbers"), a registered payment collection service provider operating under the laws of Pakistan, collects TapKro's own product fees — your Pro subscription and, when offered, domain purchases and custom email hosting — on our behalf. By inputting payment details, you acknowledge and agree that your transaction is subject to the security protocols and processing mechanisms of our payment partner. Numbers acts as a limited collection agent for the purpose of collecting TapKro's product payments only.
TapKro's payment gateway does not process payments between a creator and their store customers. Store order payments are settled directly between the creator and their customer through the creator's own payment methods (such as their JazzCash, Easypaisa, or cash on delivery) and do not pass through TapKro or Numbers.
Payment processing is handled through Numbers' secure infrastructure. No sensitive financial card numbers or security CVV markers are stored within TapKro's application servers. Cardholder information is encrypted by our payment processor and never stored directly on our servers.
TapKro does not hold responsibility for processing errors occurring entirely within the payment processor's system. Any issues related to payment processing that arise from Numbers' infrastructure must be addressed directly with Numbers.
By purchasing a Pro subscription tier, you authorize recurring monthly charges for your TapKro products to your selected financial instrument. All product fees are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and will renew monthly (for subscriptions and, when offered, custom email or domain renewals) until cancelled formally through your dashboard profile. This recurring billing applies only to TapKro's own products and not to any creator-to-customer store order payments.
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. We will provide at least 7 days advance notice before making any adjustments to recurring subscription fees. In the event of a failed transaction, you will have 7 days to rectify your account balance before access to your platform is restricted.
Subscription cancellations must be performed at least 48 hours prior to your monthly billing date through your dashboard profile settings. Unless stated otherwise, all platform transaction sales are definitive, and refunds for partial usage months are not permitted.
Access to digital platform features constitutes immediate fulfillment of a user transaction. Upon cancellation, your account will retain access to Pro features until the end of the current billing period.
The Platform accepts the following payment instruments for subscriptions and transactions:
Completing a transaction may require you to verify your identity through a dynamic OTP (One-Time Password) prompt sent by your bank. You are responsible for completing this authentication step. Failure to do so may result in a declined transaction.
Payments collected by Numbers on behalf of TapKro are settled on a T+2 (two working days) basis. Numbers will transfer the due payment to TapKro after deduction of applicable commission and taxes. Any disputes regarding settled amounts must be raised within 30 days from the date of the transaction. After 30 days, settled transactions are considered final.
TapKro is operated by a registered entity in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. All transactions and services are governed by Pakistani law.
You may not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose. Any account associated with money laundering, fraudulent activity, illicit transactions, or any activity that violates Pakistani banking regulations will be terminated immediately, and relevant authorities may be notified.
If you have a billing discrepancy, you must contact our support team directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving all disputes amicably. Initiating an unnecessary chargeback may result in account suspension and additional administrative fees.
In the event of a chargeback, fraudulent transaction, or payment error, TapKro reserves the right to deduct the disputed amount from any payments due to you, along with any applicable fees or charges incurred.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TapKro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. We expressly disclaim liability for payment processing errors that occur within third-party payment processor systems.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease immediately, and all outstanding dues become immediately payable.
TapKro shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising out of causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, civil disturbances, power outages, internet disruptions, or failures of third-party service providers.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
